Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We’re excited to be welcoming new patients for in-home visits!
How big is your staff?
Gresham Physio is made up of myself (physical therapist Stacey Gresham, DPT) and my husband who handles the day-to-day business.
Why should a pick you for my treatments?
Gresham Physio is the result of my desire to re-invent the way people utilize physical therapy to better their quality of life. I’ve realized my passion for a holistic, functional approach to therapy after more than a decade treating patients in the traditional clinical setting. Every one of my patient’s challenges are unique to them, as are the best treatments and solutions.
What are your specialities and techniques?
I’ve spent years honing my craft in a traditional clinical setting, and am excited to offer a wide array of treatment options to my patients. Some of these include:
- Manual therapy
- Visceral manipulation
- Pelvic/women’s health
- Craniosacral therapy
- Dry needling
- Cupping
- Corrective exercise
- Core retraining
- Postural education
How does your process work?
Where do I go for my treatment?
Your living room? Perhaps the backyard on a nice Colorado day? Gresham Physio is a 100% in-home clinic, meaning I will be coming to you wherever you call home. I am also available for visits at your work if the space is functional for a physical therapy treatment.
Do you accept insurance?
Not at this time. Gresham Physio is a 100% self-pay clinic. I strongly believe that an insurance company should not have the power to determine when and where you can receive treatment. I believe every patient’s story presents a unique set of challenges, and I want to be able to treat them in the most effective way for THEIR situation. I do offer discounts and packages for bulk sets of treatments to help make your therapy as affordable as possible.
Want to know more why we believe self-pay healthcare is better for you, the patient? Read our article.
What about Medicare?
If you have Medicare there are currently rules and restrictions regarding when you can self-pay for a physical therapy treatment. Primarily, if your type of treatment is covered under Medicare and you haven’t maxed out your allowances, you are required to use Medicare and therefore, cannot utilize a cash pay clinic. However, there are MANY health and wellness treatments that are not covered by Medicare that we would be more than happy to provide services for. If you’re wondering whether we’re a good fit, feel free to reach out and we’ll happily walk you through the ins and outs.
How do your appointments work?
I spend a full 60 minutes with my patients at each of their appointments. I don’t employ any assistants or students, so you’re guaranteed to spend a full hour with me at each visit.
What type of payments do you accept?
Gresham Physio is currently set up to accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, and check.
How much do sessions cost?
My session fees start at $89/session, and I do offer packages of sessions (with discounts up to $200!) based on the projected duration of your treatment plan. I do suggest booking a stand-alone session to start, so I can do a comprehensive evaluation of your situation and present you with a treatment plan.
Do you work with doctors?
Certainly! I’ve partnered with a number of doctors over the years to ensure that my patients’ entire plan of care is a team effort between all of their practitioners. I am happy to discuss and consult with your doctor, and can share notes, documentation, or outcomes as needed.
How do I book you for treatments?
Where do you travel to?
I’m willing to travel within the greater Colorado Springs area within 25 miles of area code 80923.
